The camera follows nine young men and women who have decided to give mother nature a helping hand. Dissatisfied with certain aspects of their appearance, they undergo cosmetic or plastic procedures, and the documentary captures every step of their journey. But will these interventions truly help them feel better about themselves?

The documentary also questions whether the decision to pursue these sometimes risky procedures has become too easy in today’s society. Are these surgeries viewed as a direct path to true happiness? Can the pursuit of bodily perfection become an addiction? And ultimately, is perfection really for sale?
