Fierce Competitors follows six children studying at the elite sports school, a school that combines general education with top-level sports. Admission is only possible for those with exceptional talent who have been scouted.

These young athletes share a common dream: to one day win a medal at the Olympic Games. The cameras follow them for seven months during training and competitions, but also in their lives outside of sports. What does the life of a young top athlete look like? How do they handle victories and defeats? And how do they balance their sport with school and friends?
